Jeff Gore

Hi there, I am Jeff Gore, and I am the Operations Director at Future Focus Energy Ltd. I have actually known and worked with Paul now for over 30 years, in fact we both served our electrical apprenticeship together back in the 1980’s.

In the time between us working together I have worked in the Mining, Petro-Chemical and commercial industry sectors, initially working as a time served electrician, but as time has gone on I have become more of a specialist within IT Networking and communications systems, with an extensive knowledge of all industrial protocols

For my sins, I have in fact been given my own tag line of “the bloke who makes anything talk to each other” which has certainly stuck.

The knowledge I gained within IT has certainly come in useful working at Future Focus, especially when we need to liaise with clients’ IT departments to ensure secure communication between our systems and the outside world, ensuring our data is transmitted without any client disruption.

When away from work, I enjoy my Rugby Union, which as a native Kiwi, I have been fortunate enough to have played at, to a good standard for many years, but am more of an active supporter nowadays and enjoy the social side of the game.
